A very beautiful and quiet hotel located in a strategic location just steps away from the Bosphorus. The hotel is only three minutes away from the tram, bus, and Taksim funikuler stations, and just a five-minute walk from Galata Port, which features a stunning shopping center and a large number of restaurants overlooking the Bosphorus. The best thing about this hotel is that you feel like you’re among family. Mr. Sam and his team are always available and attentive to all our requests. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Istanbul, Union Hotel Port is a great choice. Its location is amazing — just steps away from the tramway and ferry stations, close to the Bosphorus coast, near shopping malls, and within easy walking distance to vibrant Istiklal Street. The hotel itself is spotless, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the staff make you feel truly welcome. Everyone is friendly, but I have to give a special shout-out to my friend Sam — such a helpful, kind, and genuinely sympathetic person. He really made my stay even better. I would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived at Union Hotel Port, the warm welcome and hospitality from the reception staff were truly outstanding. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, making us feel right at home. The room was modern and well-equipped, with high-quality amenities and a stylish design that exceeded our expectations. Everything felt fresh and new, reflecting the hotel's attention to detail and cleanliness. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its fantastic location – right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from Galataport, making it perfect for tourists who want to explore Istanbul's vibrant atmosphere. Considering the high standard of service and facilities, the value for money is exceptional. You get so much more than you pay for, and it's clear the hotel takes pride in offering great quality at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The staff was amazing, especially Sam who made everything possible to make us feel at home. He even walked us to the nearest tram station and showed us how everything worked! Also the location is great and is close to all the transport links you'll need to get around the beautiful city like the bus stop, tram station and ferry for the asian side (all 5 min walk). We needed some assistance with a few other things and the staff were more than happy to help, always very accommodating and always greeted with a smile every single time! I cannot recommend enough. Thank you to the team.

Really nice hotel that is located in a quiet area but in a walking distance to main sightseeings. Staff were incredibly attentive and helped us with all the questions and requests we had. Special thank you goes to Sam, who have been there for us almost any time of the day. Something to be aware of if you have disability or travel with small kids: if you decide to walk to Galata tower, it’s just 25mins away however with a lot of hills and climbing stairs. If this is a challenge for you, consider taking a T1 train which can bring you to most of the historical places.
